Saturday Morning Coffee Run

Join us Saturday 7a @ Silver Spoon Donuts & Treats in Eureka, MO! Thank you to Zach Koch for leading this one!

We welcome all paces and abilities. The more runners that join us, the better likelihood that everyone has a pace buddy. Run starts promptly at 7:05a. We will run and/or walk an out-and-back totaling 3 miles.

The route will be posted in our group and can be found in the "pinned" section of our group Facebook page. Anyone can turn early or go on to add mileage.
