About the Event
Please join Eureka Run Club for a kick off event at Orange Couch Coffee House! Lauren Huckstep, Physical Therapist and clinic director of "Axes Physical Therapy" will lead us through a group warm-up followed by a group run lead by Denise and Laura.
After the run Orange Couch Coffee has graciously reserved an area for socializing and offered anyone who mentions "Eureka Run Club" 10% off of their purchase for the day. Additionally the Comprehensive Chiropractic team will be available for assisted stretching, tips on injury prevention, and cool down techniques.
